Organised knitting

Here I am blogging about two of my favourite current topics... Knitting and organising! 

It struck me whilst working on the socks... Just reaching the toe on sock one; that for what I've learnt making this sock what can I do differently next time. So I made some notes then thought ah; this would be helpful next time... So I utilised my sticky tabs and put them on the pattern sheet.. Like so.. 

So when I go next time I have the notes there but I can take them off when needed. I thought I was quite savvy with it! :-) 

My fellow crafty creator seems to be having some tough times at the moment. It makes me sad because she is fan-tab-u-lous but I sent her some happy tweets and happy hugs through the ether and I think she's doing ok! I may get her to write a post for my blog! A Restful Day

Today has been one of those days when I really haven't had any energy. We entertained both families last night, and even though it wasn't a late one, both of us are pretty bombed today! :-)
Today has given me some chance to start eBaying again... I've posted a link to my +eBay  sales on another page on my Blog. Head over and have a look at the For Sale tab and I'll aim to keep it updated with various goodies! At the moment, it's clothes; but I'm sure there will be other items soon enough.

M made a lovely soup today; Mum and I won the raffle at Slimming World on Thursday and we won a bag of root vegetables and fruit, so M made a soup with the goodies. Carrots, parsnips, onion, potato, Tumeric and Cumin.. I must say it was very thick, but so tasty and very filling, well done M!

Presents

So... As have mentioned, I've started knitting Christmas presents. However, now I'm getting a growing list of who I'm making for... Not that I have been asked by anyone to make anything, but it's just who I fancy making for... I'm just too generous. :-)

Am looking forward to this Christmas, it will be M and I's first Christmas living together, but our SEVENTH Christmas holiday! We are really excited... We've already planned where the tree is going and the colour scheme...  We've also got various foodie and drinkie bits we're wanting to make... So I'll make sure I'll post details when we've firmed up our plans.

I've got a couple of plans to try and spruce up my blog. I might try a few different things.... Bear with me, and give constructive criticism where you think I need it!
